Requirements

• Valid Certificate
• Current Liability Insurance
• Non-compete clause (one cannot be employed by another facility within 10 miles of a Schenden’s Spas location.)

Responsibilities

• Build client business through consistent rebookings and special requests.
• Be available during scheduled days and times.
• In advance, find coverage with other aestheticians to fill time-off and vacation requests..
• Keep treatment room and equipment clean, stocked and professional.
• Attend all aesthetician/spa educational meetings.
• Be effectively trained on all facial services provided by Schenden’s Spas especially the services that are exclusive to Schenden’s Spas.
• Effective communication and team attitude with all employees is mandatory.
