Spa Parties Frequently Asked Questions
Will we have the whole spa to ourselves?
We will gladly reserve an entire spa for your private use at any of our three locations (depending on availability) for a minimum of $360 per hour (the equivalent of having all 5 of our treatment rooms booked for a median price service). Most spa parties do not require exclusive use.
Can we choose our own services?
Clients can and do customize spa services. Our party coordinator can help make customizing easier. For example, if six women are coming to a party and all six want a European Pedicure the party will last at least 6 hours! (We have one pedicure bed per spa.) Our party coordinator might recommend a 30 minute Express Pedicure as a viable option.
What do we wear during a spa party?
Schenden’s Spas provides robes and slippers for the comfort of our guests.
Can we bring our own refreshments?
Cold platters and beverages of your choice are fine. No open alcohol can enter or leave the spas.
What time should we arrive?
15 minutes prior to the first service allows sufficient time to wind down and complete individual paperwork.
One in our party is pregnant; can she have a massage?
Maternity massages are offered at Schenden’s spas with a doctor’s note. Simply have the office fax over an OK.
Is gratuity included in our package price?
Quotes for custom spa parties include gratuity.
What payment options do I have?
Schenden’s Spas accepts checks, cash, Visa and MasterCard for the convenience of our guests.
Treatment rooms are reserved for spa parties upon receipt of a 20% non-refundable deposit.
What if we have to cancel our party?
Call us 7 days prior to your party and we will gladly reschedule by applying your initial 20% deposit to a new date.
In the event the party cannot be rescheduled:
- 7 days prior to the party – 20% nonrefundable deposit covers expenses
- Less than 7 days – an additional 30% cancellation charge will be due.
